this is the configuration i’m getting, what it’ll look like - when it arrives next week i’ll take some real photos!
and the winner is… the 2009 street triple R (w/ arrow slip-on’s and the top faring). my second bike is a 675 triple :) pick it up tuesday!
Cost is an important determiner of where to test, because tests are not essential to delivering value. The customer wants the system to run, now and after changes, and if I could achieve that without writing a single test they wouldn’t mind a bit. The testing strategy that delivers the needed confidence at the least cost should win.
The 2009 Triumph Daytona 675. After getting a number of insurance quotes on various bikes, it was one of three that didn’t enjoy a yearly premium of a quarter of it’s RRP. Test ride in 2 months :)

The real holy grail, of course, would be to provide revision control on all government regulations, and eventually, on legislation. This would no doubt be fought tooth and nail by lobbyists who don’t want their fingerprints on the final result, but that’s precisely why it would be such a breakthrough.
